We are recruiting experienced and highly professional Luxury Retail Security Guards to support a prestigious retail client. This role requires a strong, proactive security presence combined with excellent customer service, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for high-end clientele.
Key Responsibilities
*Maintain a visible and effective security presence within the store
*Monitor customer activity and actively prevent theft and loss
*Respond quickly to incidents, including pursuing offenders where necessary
*Deliver a polished, professional front-of-house presence in line with a luxury brand
*Conduct regular patrols of the shop floor and surrounding areas
*Liaise with store management to support loss prevention strategies
*Complete incident reports accurately and promptly
Requirements
*Proven retail security experience within luxury or high-end retail
*Valid SIA Licence (essential)
*Physically fit and capable of responding to incidents
*Strong observational and conflict management skills
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Professional, well-presented, and confident demeanour
*Ability to remain calm and act decisively under pressure
Working Hours
Shift rota to include the working hours below
*Monday – Saturday: 10:00am – 8:00pm
*Sunday: 11:30am – 6:00pm
Flexibility is required to support peak trading periods.
