Our client is a well-established and growing claimant law firm to recruit a solicitor or chartered legal executive into their personal injury department working on a range of Occupiers’ and Public Liability (OL/PL) claims. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to manage a high-quality caseload within a supportive and collaborative environment. The firm benefits from high-quality, non-CMC work sources, ensuring a strong pipeline of genuine claims and enabling lawyers to focus on delivering excellent client outcomes.


Your new role
This Personal Injury Lawyer role will see you:
*Managing a caseload of OL/PL claims from cradle to grave
*Drafting legal documentation, including pleadings and witness statements
*Conducting legal research and advising clients on case strategy
*Negotiating settlements and progressing matters through litigation
*Representing clients at hearings where appropriate
*Ensuring cases are advanced efficiently to maximise outcomes
*Working within a target-driven, fast-paced environment
*Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and procedural rules


What you’ll need to succeed
*Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with 1+ year PQE
*Managing a caseload of OL/PL claims from cradle to grave
*Drafting legal documentation, including pleadings and witness statements
*Conducting legal research and advising clients on case strategy
*Negotiating settlements and progressing matters through litigation
*Representing clients at hearings where appropriate
*Ensuring cases are advanced efficiently to maximise outcomes
*Working within a target-driven, fast-paced environment
*Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and procedural rules
