The Role

As a DB Financial Adviser, you’ll focus on in-depth retirement and defined benefit advice, working with corporate and scheme-based clients. Unlike high-volume review roles, this position allows you to spend meaningful time with clients and deliver high-quality, compliant advice.


What you’ll be doing:
*Conducting approx 8 longer advice meetings per week (approx. 1.5 hours each).
*Providing detailed retirement planning and DB advice.
*Preparing recommendations with the support of an experienced paraplanning team.
*Working collaboratively with colleagues via Teams and structured processes.
*Maintaining high-quality client records and meeting all compliance requirements.
What We’re Looking For

*Typically 3-4 years’ experience within DB/retirement advice.
*Strong understanding of pensions, transfers, and technical advice processes.
*Confident in leading longer, more detailed client discussions.
*Highly organised, diligent, and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
*A team player who contributes to a supportive, collaborative culture.
