Position: Occupational Therapist
Rate: £44,937.00 per annum
Contract Duration: Permanent
Essentials:
*Qualified Occupational Therapist with relevant Degree/Diploma
*Registered with HCPC
*Experience working with vulnerable adults
*Enhanced DBS required for this position
*Strong knowledge of safeguarding and relevant legislation
Purpose:
*Working with adults with a range of needs, supporting their independence, dignity, and wellbeing through specialist Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions.
Job Responsibilities:
*Work collaboratively with professionals, families, and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes
*Manage caseloads and complete complex and functional assessments
*Recommend and arrange specialist equipment and property adaptations
*Review and update care plans with service users and carers
*Support independence through appropriate care packages and referrals
*Follow safeguarding, Health & Safety, and best practice guidelines
*Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvements
