Full job descriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Associate to join the team. The ideal candidate will support the financial operations of our company, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and reporting.

Description
*Processing of supplier invoices & staff expenses
*Raising and managing purchase orders within SAGE
*Responding to supplier queries
*Bank reconciliation
*Supplier payments & issuing of remittances
*Contribute to the month-end close process by preparing assigned schedules, reviewing data and providing insight, and helping maintain an organised close timeline
*Work closely with the finance team to complete year-end close tasks and contribute to reconciliation work
*Ensuring compliance with company policy & financial regulations.
*Champion quality compliance within the Finance team and ensure best practices and processes are being adhered to
*Contribute to documenting financial workflows by preparing drafts, suggesting revisions and recording changes
Profile
A successful Accounts Associate should have:
*Previous experience of working within a finance team
*Knowledge of Sage 200 ideal, knowledge of Sage software a requirement
*Knowledge of the Sicon module within Sage 200 beneficial
*Proficient in Microsoft suite
*Strong attention to detail and excellent communication detail
