Days/hours: Full time (Mon – Fri 8:30am – 3:30pm)
Location: Cardiff
Pay: £92.63-95 a day
Teaching personnel is working in partnership with a number of schools within Cardiff for teaching assistants to join these lovely schools.
We are looking for someone who is keen to make a positive difference and wants to be a part of a bigger community. You will be expected to work closely with teachers and other staff to create a safe a positive environment for pupils to develop and learn.
Expectations
*Support pupils individually and in small groups to enhance learning and engagement.
*Help pupils develop confidence, independence, and positive learning behaviours.
*Promote the safeguarding, welfare, and wellbeing of all pupils.
*Foster positive relationships with pupils and staff
About the candidate
Ideally you will have;
*Child based experience, whether that’s in a classroom setting or similar
*Strong communication skills
*A proactive approach and the ability to use your own initiative
What you will need
*An enhanced child DBS, on the update service
*A live EWC registration

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
