Job Title: Chef De Partie
Salary : £32,000 + Tips & benefits
Hours : 40 to 45 hours per week Between 7am & 6pm
Are you a Chef de Partie looking to grow your skills in a prestigious kitchen? Our client is a championship level golf club where your creativity and attention to detail will help deliver exceptional dining experiences for members and guests.

Your role
As Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key part in the kitchen team:
*Prepare ingredients and maintaining quality and consistency
*Section management, ensuring every dish meets high standards
*Maintain hygiene and food safety across all kitchen areas
*Support stock rotation, labelling, and minimise food waste
*Work closely with the kitchen and Front of House teams during busy periods
*Continuously develop your culinary skills through hands-on experience
What we’re looking for
*Proven experience in high-quality kitchens
*NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Professional Cookery
*Creative, passionate, with pride in flavour, presentation, and seasonal cooking
*Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
*Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
*Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
*Eligible to work in the UK
