Our client is a well-established technology business with a strong reputation for delivering innovative software and digital solutions across a diverse customer base. Due to continued growth and investment in internal systems, they are looking to appoint a Software Business Analyst to support a range of business-critical projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and fast-paced SME environment where you’ll play a key role in bridging the gap between business operations and technical delivery teams.

As a Software Business Analyst, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements, improve processes, and support the successful delivery of software and systems projects.
Responsibilities will include:
*Gathering, documenting and validating business requirements
*Translating business needs into user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria
*Facilitating workshops and engaging with stakeholders across multiple departments
*Identifying process improvement and automation opportunities
*Supporting backlog management, prioritisation and UAT activities

*Producing process maps, workflows, documentation and decision logs
*Supporting systems integrations and data flow initiatives across the wider business
Skills & Experience
We’re keen to speak with candidates who have:
*Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or similar role
*Experience working across software, systems or digital transformation projects
*Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
*Knowledge of Agile or hybrid software delivery methodologies
*Experience creating user stories, process maps and business documentation
*Exposure to SQL, data management or reporting tools
*An understanding of APIs, systems integrations and cloud-based platforms

*Long-term progression opportunities within a growing business
If you’re a pragmatic Business Analyst who enjoys working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and wants to make a genuine impact within a growing organisation, we’d love to hear from you.
