The RoleAs an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with a range of special educational needs. You will play a key role in helping students achieve academic, social, and personal success within a supportive learning environment.
We Are Looking For Teachers With Experience Supporting:*Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)

*Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs

*Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD)

*Complex learning needs

*Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)

*ADHD and associated learning needs

*Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)

Key Responsibilities*Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons.

*Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.

*Develop and implement personalised learning strategies.

*Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, therapists, parents, and external professionals.

*Monitor, assess, and report on pupil progress.

*Support pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural development.

Requirements*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS, QTLS or equivalent recognised teaching qualification).

*Previous experience teaching children with SEN, either within specialist or mainstream settings.

*Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.

*Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

*Commitment to inclusive education and improving outcomes for all learners.

*ECTs with relevant SEN placement experience are encouraged to apply.
