*Promoting positive behaviour and maintaining a safe, structured learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
*Experience working with pupils with autism and/or complex learning needs (secondary-aged preferred).
*Strong understanding of SEND pedagogy and differentiated teaching strategies.
*Confidence using structured approaches, visual supports, and communication systems (e.g., AAC).
*Excellent classroom management, communication, and teamwork skills.
*A patient, resilient, and compassionate approach to teaching.
*A genuine commitment to improving outcomes for young people with additional needs.
What the School Offers:
*A supportive and experienced leadership team.
*High-quality training and ongoing professional development in SEND.
*Access to specialist resources and multidisciplinary support.
*A collaborative and dedicated staff community.
*The opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people preparing for adulthood.
