Description
You will work as part of a specialist team providing support across a variety of commercial matters, including:
*Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements
*Handling day-to-day contract queries from internal and external stakeholders
*Working closely with legal and business teams to deliver practical, commercially focused advice
*Supporting high-volume, business-facing legal workflows
Profile
*Qualified lawyer (England & Wales or equivalent) with strong commercial contracts experience
*Comfortable managing a varied workload and operating with a good degree of autonomy
*Strong stakeholder management skills and a pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset
*Experience in-house or within an alternative legal services environment is beneficial but not essential
*Available at short notice or immediately
