About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and organised Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in recruitment, with hands-on experience across candidate sourcing, bookings coordination, and on-call support.
Key Responsibilities
*Sourcing and screening candidates across a variety of roles
*Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining the internal database
*Coordinating and confirming bookings between clients and candidates
*Providing on-call support (rota-based) to assist with out-of-hours enquiries and bookings
*Building strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience
*Supporting consultants with administrative and recruitment processes
*Ensuring compliance with company and industry standards
What We’re Looking For
*Previous experience as a Recruitment Resourcer, or a similar administrative role preferred
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
*Confident using systems and handling candidate data
*A proactive and team-oriented approach
*Flexibility to participate in an on-call rota
