Description
Core Responsibilities:
*Provide expert advice on employment tax matters to clients across various industries.
*Manage and deliver client projects, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes.
*Assist clients in managing compliance with employment tax regulations.
*Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
*Identify opportunities for additional services and contribute to business development initiatives.
*Collaborate with internal teams to deliver cohesive and comprehensive services.
*Conduct reviews and audits to assess employment tax risks and opportunities for clients.
*Provide training and updates to clients on employment tax changes and best practices.
Profile
Employment Tax Associate Director Credentials:
*A strong background in employment tax within the professional services industry.
*Relevant qualifications in accounting or tax, such as ACA, ACCA, or CTA.
*Proven experience in delivering client-focused solutions in accounting and finance.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
*A proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities in employment tax matters.
*The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
