As Corporate Tax Assistant Manager, you will work closely with managers and partners to deliver a comprehensive range of corporate tax compliance and advisory services to a varied and stimulating portfolio of clients, whilst taking increasing responsibility for client relationships and the development of junior members of the team. Key Responsibilities*Supporting the delivery of corporate tax compliance and advisory services across a varied client portfolio
*Preparing and reviewing corporate tax returns and computations to a high standard
*Advising on corporation tax, group structures, and business reorganisations under the guidance of senior staff
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships as a trusted point of contact
*Identifying tax planning opportunities and presenting recommendations clearly to clients and partners
*Supervising and mentoring junior members of the corporate tax team
Requirements*CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified with a solid corporate tax background gained within practice
*At least four years’ experience working within a UK Practice environment
*Proven experience delivering corporate tax compliance and advisory work across a range of clients
*Strong technical knowledge of UK corporation tax legislation and current developments
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident client-facing manner
*A proactive and commercially minded approach with a genuine ambition to progress
