This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analysing project details, interpreting drawings and specifications, and producing accurate, commercially sound pricing.
Key Responsibilities
*Review and interpret drawings, specifications and project documentation
*Produce detailed cost estimates, take-offs and pricing models
*Identify risks, scope gaps and key cost drivers
*Obtain and analyse subcontractor and supplier quotations
*Develop clear and structured pricing breakdowns
*Support value engineering and commercial decision-making
*Ensure seamless handover of pricing and assumptions to delivery teams
About You
*Estimating experience within construction, or Property.
*Background in fit-out, refurbishment or interiors would be an advantage
*Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
*Excellent numerical, analytical, and Excel skills
*Commercially aware with a keen eye for detail
*Confident working with subcontractors, design teams and internal stakeholders
