Are you passionate about supporting people and making a real difference? We’re looking for compassionate and resilient individuals to join a busy 24/7 Customer Experience Centre as a Customer Wellbeing Agent.
This is a rewarding opportunity where you’ll provide vital support to people experiencing mental health challenges, helping them access the assistance they need during difficult times.
The RoleAs a Customer Wellbeing Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for individuals seeking support. You’ll handle a variety of mental health and wellbeing calls, offering reassurance, guidance, and signposting while remaining calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
Key Responsibilities*Respond to mental health and wellbeing calls with empathy and professionalism.
*Support individuals experiencing crisis or emotional distress.
*Assess situations and provide appropriate guidance or signposting to relevant services.
*Manage sensitive conversations in a calm and compassionate manner.
*Follow established procedures and safeguarding protocols.
*Accurately record all customer interactions and outcomes.
*Work collaboratively within a fast-paced 24/7 contact centre environment.
About YouWe’re looking for someone who has:

*The ability to remain professional under pressure.
*Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills.
*Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
*Previous experience in customer service, mental health support, healthcare, or a contact centre is desirable but not essential.
Pay Rates*Standard Rate: £14.81 per hour
*Night Rate (10:00pm – 7:00am): £17.03 per hour
*Christmas Day & New Year’s Day: £29.62 per hour (Double Time)
Shift Patterns*Early: 6:00am – 3:15pm
*Late: 1:15pm – 10:30pm
*Nights: 9:00pm – 6:00am
