Description
*Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and support strategic decisions.
*Develop and maintain financial models to aid in forecasting and budgeting processes.
*Analyse financial performance and identify key trends to improve profitability and efficiency.
*Prepare regular management reports and present findings to stakeholders.
*Monitor and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
*Support the month-end and year-end financial close processes.
*Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting and processes.
*Act as a key liaison between the finance team and other business units.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
*A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
*Strong experience in financial analysis and business partnering within the FMCG industry.
*Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
*The ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
*A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
