About the RoleWe are looking to appoint a passionate, nurturing, and creative Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Tarporley. This role is ideal for someone who is dedicated to providing a strong foundation for children’s learning and development during their early years.
The successful candidate will play a key role in creating an engaging and stimulating environment where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn.
Key Responsibilities*Plan and deliver high-quality, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework
*Create a stimulating, inclusive, and safe learning environment
*Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development
*Observe, assess, and track pupil progress effectively
*Work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and carers
*Contribute to the wider life of the school community
The Ideal Candidate Will Have*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Experience working within EYFS (or strong relevant placement experience for ECTs)
*A sound understanding of the EYFS framework and early child development
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills
*A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
*A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
