Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Civil Litigation Solicitor to join our clients growing team based in Central London. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of civil litigation matters and provide high-quality legal advice to a diverse client base, including individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
*Managing a varied caseload of civil litigation matters from inception to resolution
*Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and other legal documentation
*Conducting legal research and providing clear, strategic advice to clients
*Handling matters including (but not limited to):
*Contractual disputes
*Property litigation
*Professional negligence claims
*Debt recovery
*Shareholder and partnership disputes
*Conducting negotiations and representing clients at mediations and settlement meetings
*Instructing Counsel and attending court hearings where appropriate
*Ensuring compliance with the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)
*Maintaining accurate file management and billing records
*Contributing to business development and marketing initiatives
Requirements
*Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
*NQE - 5 Years PQE
*Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules
*Experience managing cases independently
*Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
*Strong client care and communication abilities
*Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
*Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
Desirable
*Experience with High Court litigation
*Advocacy experience
*Experience with ADR, including mediation
*Existing client following (advantageous but not essential)
