Location: Central London
Salary: Dependent on experience
Overview
An established and growing legal practice is seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor to join its dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their career within a supportive and client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
The role will involve managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:
*Residential property sales and purchases
*Leasehold and freehold transactions
*Remortgages and transfers of equity
*Land Registry applications and title checks
*Drafting and reviewing contracts and deeds
*Shared ownership and new build purchases
*Advising clients on Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT)
*Liaising with estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
Candidate Requirements
*Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing
*Ideally NQE–5 years’ PQE
*Ability to manage a caseload independently
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
*Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail
*A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively within a team
*High levels of organisation and the ability to prioritise a busy workload
