Full job descriptionReporting to the Finance Manager, you will support the production of monthly management accounts and provide financial insight across a fast-paced media and marketing agency.
Working closely with finance and operational teams, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, budgeting support, and business analysis.

This is a fixed term, 9 month contract.


Key Responsibilities
*Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts.
*Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
*Support month-end and year-end close processes.
*Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
*Post journals, accruals, and prepayments.
*Analyse financial data and provide reporting to support business decisions.
*Support audit requirements and ad hoc finance projects.
*Assist the wider finance team with day-to-day accounting activities.
Skills & Experience
*Previous experience in an Assistant Management Accountant, Finance Analyst, or similar finance role.
*Experience within a media, marketing, creative, or agency environment is essential.
*Studying towards AAT, ACCA, or CIMA qualification.
*Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting systems.
*Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
*Strong communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders across the business.
