Are you a driven legal professional with a passion for client care and results? My client is recruiting for a Housing Disrepair Solicitor / Fee Earner to join a dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a real impact in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
What they’re looking for
Applications from Solicitors, Fee Earners, and Paralegals with a solid track record in housing disrepair. Claimant or defendant experience is valued, and while Personal Injury experience is a bonus, it’s not essential.
Key Responsibilities
*Handling a caseload of housing disrepair claims (pre- and post-litigation)
*Drafting and managing interlocutory applications
*Liaising with Counsel and providing clear instructions
*Managing complex cases with confidence
*Working across small claims, fast-track, and multi-track matters
About You
*Previous housing disrepair experience is essential
*Strong working knowledge of CPR and Housing Conditions case law
*Target-driven with a commitment to exceptional client care
*Confident communicator with excellent telephone and negotiation skills
*Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
