Location: Nottingham
Contract: Temporary – 6 weeks
Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR professional for a short-term assignment to support the business with a range of employee relations (ER) matters. This is a hands-on role, requiring someone confident managing both routine and complex casework with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities*Manage a caseload of employee relations matters, including:*Absence management
*Performance issues
*Disciplinaries and grievances
*Handle both low-level queries and complex ER cases through to resolution
*Provide professional HR advice and guidance to managers
*Ensure all cases are managed in line with company policies and employment legislation
*Maintain accurate documentation and case records
Requirements*Proven experience in an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner role
*Strong background in employee relations case management
*Ability to work autonomously and prioritise workload effectively
*Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
*Up-to-date DBS check is essential
