Full job descriptionReed are pleased to be partnering with a well-known company in Ipswich to recruit a part time Purchase Ledger Clerk working 25 - 30 hours per week Monday - Friday.
Main Duties
*Process a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
*Match purchase orders with invoices
*Code invoices to the correct nominal ledger accounts
*Prepare and process supplier payment runs
*Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
*Respond promptly to internal and external supplier queries
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records
*Monitor aged creditors and highlight any issues
*Provide administrative support to the wider finance team as required
