This role sits within a high-profile transformation programme focused on improving reporting, analytical capability and self-service decision-making across the organisation.
The Role
As the Insight & Analytics Consultant, you’ll act as a trusted partner to stakeholders across the business, helping them better utilise data, reporting and insight to drive performance. This is a varied role combining technical analytics, stakeholder engagement, reporting transformation and process improvement.
Responsibilities include:
*Delivering actionable insight to support business decision-making
*Developing and enhancing self-service reporting solutions
*Building dashboards and analytical outputs using Power BI
*Using SQL to interrogate and analyse complex datasets
*Acting as an internal consultant to stakeholders across the business
*Helping teams improve their use and understanding of data
*Supporting AI and automation initiatives
*Translating complex analytical concepts into clear business recommendations
*Working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Your Skills & Experience
*Strong SQL capability
*Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
*Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
