Ideal for Early Career Teachers (ECTs)This role is particularly well suited to ECTs looking to gain valuable classroom experience across different school settings while building confidence and enhancing their teaching practice. *Plan and assess work where required for longer-term placements.
*Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
*Support students of varying abilities to achieve their potential.
*Maintain high expectations for behaviour and academic progress.
*Work collaboratively with school staff and departments.
What We’re Looking For*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
*Strong subject knowledge and a passion for education.
*Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
*Adaptability and willingness to work across different schools.
*Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
