The roleThis is a Senior Block Manager position covering a Central London portfolio up to 8 buildings. You’ll take full ownership of the portfolio, manage client relationships directly, and run your own diary with a good degree of autonomy.
What you’ll be doing*Managing a portfolio of up to 8 residential buildings end to end, acting as the main point of contact for clients
*Carrying out site inspections and maintaining building standards across the portfolio
*Setting and managing service charge budgets, liaising with internal accounts teams
*Coordinating contractors, planned maintenance, and major works projects
*Attending client meetings and AGMs, and ensuring compliance and health and safety obligations are met
Skills and experienceEssential
*Over 4 years experience in residential block management
*Confident managing clients directly and providing advice independently
*Solid working knowledge of service charge budgets and compliance obligations
*Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own time and diary
Desirable
*Experience managing prime or complex London portfolios
*TPI qualification (ATPI or MTPI)
