Full job descriptionWe are currently looking for an experienced Reception Administrator to join this award winning Financial Advice company in Brighton
This is office based role and a meet and greet Receptionist role
The successful person will have a friendly welcoming manner
This role is based in Brighton so please only apply if you can get into the office daily
Key tasks
*Managing confidential information with discretion
*Meeting and greeting clients and welcoming other visitors
*Booking meetings and setting up meeting rooms in preparation
*Providing refreshments for clients, managers and meetings as required
*Support the allocation and booking of meeting rooms as required
*Stationary ordering
*Scanning, filing and archiving as needed
*Arranging couriers
*Strong ability to develop positive working relationships with all departments
*Data input on various database systems
The role will pay circa £25-26500 plus a great benefits package
