Daily Duties
*Work across all RIBA stages, from concept design through to technical delivery and construction
*Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on programme, within budget, and to client expectations
*Lead the interpretation of project briefs and development of design proposals
*Produce and coordinate drawings, plans, reports, specifications, and technical information
*Liaise directly with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
*Manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively
*Oversee project fees and invoicing with administrative support where required
*Undertake site visits and attend project meetings as needed
*Support business development activities and contribute to securing new work
*Promote the practice and maintain strong client relationships
*Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while also leading smaller project teams where appropriate
Ideal Candidate
*ARB-registered Architect with UK professional qualifications
*Strong design skills supported by excellent technical knowledge
*Proficient in Revit (essential)
*Full UK driving licence
*Experience working within a high-quality, design-focused architectural practice
*Proven ability to manage projects through all RIBA stages
*Experience delivering both large-scale projects and multiple smaller schemes simultaneously
*Strong drawing, presentation, and communication skills
*Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
*Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
*Experience coordinating technical design information and project submissions
*Professional, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality architectural solutions
