Key Responsibilities*Carry out daily cleaning, polishing, sweeping, and general upkeep of communal areas.
*Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety throughout the development.
*Act as a custodian of the building and surrounding grounds, taking pride in the overall appearance of the site.
*Report maintenance issues, health and safety concerns, or site defects to the Development Manager.
*Provide a friendly and professional presence when interacting with residents and visitors.
