Are you passionate about supporting children and young people in education?
We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in a range of Primary and Secondary schools across North London, including Barnet, Enfield, Haringey, Islington, Camden and Brent.
Whether you’re an experienced Teaching Assistant, a recent graduate, a youth worker, sports coach, mentor or looking to start a career in education, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role:
*Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
*Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
*Helping pupils remain engaged and make progress with their learning
*Supporting children with varying academic, behavioural and additional learning needs
*Encouraging confidence, independence and positive learning behaviours
*Contributing to a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment
We’re Looking For:
*Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience is desirable but not essential)
*A positive, patient and proactive attitude
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Reliability, professionalism and a willingness to learn
*A genuine passion for supporting young people
*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
