Full job descriptionWe are pleased to be working with a reputable and long-established Law Firm in Southampton that is looking to appoint a Senior HR Advisor on a fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful professional services organisation, offering a highly competitive salary and the chance to make a real impact.
To be considered you will have proven experience operating at Senior HR Advisor level within a professional services environment. A strong working knowledge of Employment Law, combined with the ability to deliver pragmatic and commercially focused HR support, is essential. You will demonstrate a meticulous approach, excellent attention to detail, and the confidence to manage complex matters effectively.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Providing expert guidance on Employment Law and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
*Managing a range of employee relations cases and advising stakeholders accordingly.
*Supporting the HR Manager with both operational and strategic HR initiatives.
*Overseeing the onboarding process and full trainee lifecycle management.
