JOB TITLE: Private Client Lawyer
PQE REQUIRED: 4+
LOCATION: North Yorkshire
SALARY: Up to £60,000 (DOE)

THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm. You will handle a broad and varied caseload of private client matters including wills, lasting powers of attorney, estate administration, trusts and inheritance tax planning. The successful candidate will enjoy a high degree of autonomy, managing their own files while working closely with colleagues and senior management when required. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to business development initiatives and play an active role in the continued growth and success of the department.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE in private client work. You will have experience managing your own caseload across the full spectrum of private client matters, including wills, LPAs, estate administration and trusts. Experience handling high-net-worth clients, complex estates and trust matters would be highly advantageous. You will possess excellent communication and client relationship management skills, demonstrate strong attention to detail and maintain the highest professional standards. Candidates with experience in property law are encouraged to apply, although this is not essential. You will be ambitious, commercially aware and keen to contribute to the ongoing success of the firm.
