*Lead the commercial finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
*Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
*Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
*Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
*Drive cost efficiency and identify areas for financial improvement.
*Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
*Collaborate with operational teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
*Present financial performance updates and forecasts to the leadership team.
Profile
A successful Head of Commercial Finance should have:
*A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
*Proven experience in commercial finance within FMCG, manufacturing or logistics.
*Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
*Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools.
