Full job description The Role
*Support the execution of M&A transactions across the infrastructure and energy value chain, from origination through to completion
*Build and maintain complex financial models and valuation analyses to support investment decisions
*Take an active role in transaction workstreams, including due diligence, structuring, and documentation
*Engage directly with management teams, advisors, and other stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle
*Contribute to origination efforts, including market mapping and identifying new investment opportunities across emerging markets
Candidate Profile
*3-5 years’ experience within investment banking, with a clear focus on infrastructure
*Currently operating at Associate 1 level with upcoming progression to Associate 2
*Strong technical skillset with the ability to run workstreams with a high degree of independence
*Exposure to transactions across energy, renewables, or broader infrastructure sectors
*Interest in, or experience with, emerging markets is advantageous
*Trained within a top-tier or well-established platform with rigorous analytical standards
*Commercially minded, proactive, and confident in client-facing situations
