Location: Swansea
Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 (DOE)
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Are you an experienced Accounts Senior looking to join a growing and supportive accountancy practice in Swansea?
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with over four years’ experience in practice who is keen to take ownership of their work, support junior team members, and build strong client relationships. Audit experience is preferred, offering the chance to gain exposure across both accounts and audit assignments.
Key Responsibilities*Prepare and review statutory accounts for a range of clients, ensuring compliance with relevant standards
*Assist with audit assignments from planning through to completion (where applicable)
*Prepare corporation tax computations and company tax returns
*Produce management accounts and provide insightful commentary to clients
*Liaise directly with clients, building and maintaining strong working relationships
*Support and mentor junior members of the team
About You*Minimum of 4 years’ experience within an accountancy practice
*ACA/ACCA part-qualified, qualified, or qualified by experience
*Audit experience preferred but not essential
*Strong technical knowledge of accounts preparation and tax compliance
*Confident using accounting software and cloud-based tools (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks)
*Strong communication skills with a proactive and client-focused approach
