Working Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
Role Overview
HRGO Recruitment are seeking a reliable and hardworking FLT Operative & Packing Operative to join a busy manufacturing environment. This is a varied, hands-on role involving forklift truck operation, polishing finished products, and packing goods ready for dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
*Operating a Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
*Polishing finished products to the required quality standards
*Packing products for storage and dispatch
*Loading and unloading materials as required
*Assisting with general warehouse and production duties
*Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
*Following all health and safety procedures at all times
*Supporting the wider team to ensure production targets are met
Skills & Experience Required
*Previous FLT experience required
*Must be able to drive due to location
*Valid FLT licence desirable; candidates with out-of-date or in-house licences will be considered, with a refresher course provided
*Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments advantageous
*Good attention to detail and quality standards
*Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
*Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
*Ability to carry out manual handling and physical tasks
