Your new role
Reporting into the Finance Leadership team, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, business insight, and operational support across the site.
Responsibilities will include:
*Producing monthly management accounts including P&L and Balance Sheet reporting
*Delivering insightful financial analysis to support business decision-making
*Supporting annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
*Monitoring financial performance against budget and analysing variances
*Driving cost control initiatives across operational departments
*Supporting stock counts and inventory management processes
*Ensuring accurate stock valuation and reconciliation
*Assisting with internal controls, compliance, and audit requirements
*Partnering with operational managers to improve business performance
*Identifying opportunities for process and system improvements


What you’ll need to succeed
We are looking for a motivated and proactive finance professional who thrives in a collaborative manufacturing environment with the following skills and experience:
*Part-qualified ACCA, CIMA, ACA or CPA status
*Previous experience within a manufacturing environment
*Experience producing monthly accounts to tight deadlines
*Strong ERP systems experience
*Advanced Excel skills
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
*Highly organised and detail-focused
*Commercially minded with strong analytical skills
*Comfortable managing multiple priorities
*Proactive with a continuous improvement mindset
*A collaborative and approachable team player
