Description
*Full ownership of the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
*Preparation and presentation of management accounts with clear commentary and insights
*Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decision-making
*Business partnering with operational and commercial teams to drive performance and profitability
*Cash flow management and oversight of working capital
*Ensuring compliance with statutory and group reporting requirements
*Acting as the key point of contact for auditors and external advisors
*Leading and developing finance processes, controls, and continuous improvement initiatives
*Supporting senior leadership with strategic planning and financial analysis


Profile
*Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or QBE)
*Proven experience within a manufacturing environment
*Strong background in standard costing and cost control methodologies
*Strategic thinker with a commercially focused mindset, able to influence decision-making and drive business performance


Job Offer
*A competitive salary between £60,000 and £70,000 per annum.
