About the Role
We are currently recruiting for reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work across a range of secondary schools in the Coventry and Warwickshire area.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexible day-to-day work as well as those looking for long-term placements, with the potential to secure ongoing roles.
Key Responsibilities
*Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects
*Work closely with students to provide one-to-one and small group support
*Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
*Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
*Support students with additional needs where required
Requirements
*Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant
*Experience within a UK secondary school setting
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*A proactive and adaptable approach to classroom support
*Access to your own vehicle is advantageous due to location flexibility.
