Job Description:
Full job description We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join our team as Skate Marshals during family roller-skating sessions. As a skate marshal, you’ll play a key part in making sure participants are enjoying the session and taking part safely. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children and families in a fun, active environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist children with skating during family sessions, Mondays and Wednesdays, 4:30-6:30pm
* Help organise and run games and activities
* Build confidence in new skaters and offer tips to improve
* Promote a positive, inclusive atmosphere for all abilities
* Ensure safety rules and venue procedures are followed
What We’re Looking For:
* Confident skating abilities
* Friendly and supportive attitude with good communication skills
* Ability to work with a diverse range of people
* No formal qualifications required
