Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent (12-weeks)
Salary: Paid dependent on experience
Working hours: 08:15 - 15:30, Part time (3 Days, Mon - Fri)

About the role:As an ABA Therapist, you will work closely with students requiring behavioural support, implementing structured interventions to support learning, independence, and positive behaviour outcomes. You will collaborate with the SENCO, teaching staff, and external professionals to ensure consistent and effective support strategies are in place.
We’re looking for a dedicated candidate to:*Deliver Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) interventions tailored to individual student needs
*Support students with ASD, SEMH, and other additional needs
*Work 1:1 and within small groups to promote engagement and progress
*Implement behaviour support plans and track progress
*Collaborate with teaching staff and SEN professionals
*Foster a safe, structured and supportive learning environment
Requirements -*Experience working with children or young people with SEND
*Knowledge or experience of ABA approaches and behaviour strategies
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to build positive, professional relationships with students and staff
*Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures
The ideal candidate would have:*A degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
*Formal ABA training or relevant behavioural support experience
*Experience working in a school or specialist setting
*A patient, empathetic and consistent approach
*A genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs
