In this role, you will work closely with senior members of the team to manage and develop a diverse portfolio of clients, primarily comprising owner-managed businesses and SMEs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the preparation and review of accounts, management accounts, and associated compliance work, as well as providing proactive support and advice to clients on a range of financial matters. Key Responsibilities*Preparation and review of accounts for a varied portfolio of owner-managed businesses and SMEs
*Production of management accounts and financial reports to a high standard
*Supporting clients with day-to-day queries and delivering proactive, commercially-minded advice
*Mentoring and supporting junior team members to assist with their development
*Working closely with managers and partners to ensure the smooth running of the client portfolio
Requirements*ACA or ACCA qualified, or part-qualified with substantial relevant experience
*Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
*Strong technical knowledge of accounts preparation and associated compliance work
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
*A proactive and motivated approach, with a genuine desire to develop professionally
