£12.71 per hour | Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 17:00
Maternity Cover
We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to join a friendly and well-established company based in Milton Keynes.
This role is to cover maternity leave, however there is a strong possibility of a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
The Role:*90% email-based communication and 10% telephone work
*Inputting and updating data accurately on Excel
*Searching and retrieving data using Excel
*Managing and responding to customer and internal emails in a professional manner
*Supporting general administrative tasks as required
The Ideal Candidate:*Confident using Microsoft Excel for data entry and data searching
*Strong written communication skills, especially via email
*Able to manage workload independently and prioritise tasks
*Comfortable in a busy office environment
*Previous administration experience is essential
