Are you an experienced and driven Vehicle Technician looking to join a reputable main dealership with excellent earning potential and long-term career prospects?
Our client, a highly respected Franchised Main Dealer in Leicester, is looking to expand their skilled workshop team. You’ll be working with a premium, market-leading brand in a fast-paced, professional environment where your experience and ambition will be highly valued.
What’s in it for you?
*£45,000 basic salary (negotiable based on experience)
*Uncapped bonus schemepaid overtime
*Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:30pm
*1 in 4 Saturdays, 8:30am – 12:30pm (paid at overtime rate)
*Ongoing manufacturer training, including EV & Hybrid systems
*Clear path to Master Technician and further career progression

What we’re looking for:
*NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
*Main Dealer or Independent Workshop experience welcome
*MOT Licence preferred (not essential)
*A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering top-quality work
