We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Manual Sprayer to join our growing team. This role works across split shifts, Monday–Friday, 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm.
In a nutshell, you will be responsible for:
*Preparing sinks prior to spraying, ensuring surfaces meet the highest quality standards
*Carrying out detailed pre-spray inspections
*Spraying engobe undercoat or glaze paint onto sinks with precision and consistency
*Supporting the movement of products through the spray process
*Taking pride in delivering a flawless finish on every luxury product
*Maintaining housekeeping standards through regular cleaning of the work area
What you are already great at:
*Previous manual spraying experience (essential)
*Strong attention to detail and quality standards
*Following SOPs and processes consistently
*Working towards and achieving production targets
*Identifying and communicating defects, unsafe practices, or equipment issues
*Being organised, methodical, and reliable in your approach
For this role, we would need you to demonstrate:
*A solid understanding of manual spray techniques and processes
*Experience of surface preparation and finishing work
