The Role:
*Assist lawyers with clinical negligence claims and inquests
*Provide professional and empathetic communication with clients and stakeholders
*Draft legal documents and correspondence
*Conduct legal research and support case preparation
*Attend hearings and assist with case progression
*Support marketing, business development, and database management activities
*Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture
*Manage caseloads efficiently and ensure compliance with procedures
About You:
*LLB or CILEx qualification (desirable)
*Experience in clinical negligence, inquests, personal injury, or related area (desirable)
*Strong communication and client service skills
*Organised, proactive, and able to manage workload effectively
*Keen interest in developing within clinical negligence law
