Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe are pleased to be working with a specialist manufacturer based in Manchester that are looking to onboard a Management Accountant, they have an extremely well established finance function and are looking for a candidate who wants to get involved within projects alongside the day to day of Management Accounts.
Management Accountant – Responsibilities:
*Completion of the Month End Procedure
*Preparation of monthly Management Accounts pack with analysis and commentary
*Cost and variance analysis
*Weekly revenue recognition analysis
*Stock Analysis
*Quarterly VAT returns
*Budgeting
*Supporting completion of projects cost to complete spreadsheets
*Payroll cover – Weekly and monthly
*Supporting annual audits
*Cash book reconciliations
Management Accountant – Candidate Spec:
*ACCA, CIMA or QBE within Manufacturing
*Working knowledge of ERP systems
*Microsoft office and Excel skills – Must be an advanced user on Excel
*Previous experience of working within Manufacturing/Engineering or Construction
*Previous experience of working in a similar role
Management Accountant – The Package:
*Salary c£50k
*Hybrid working after probation
*On site parking
