Are you experienced in wastewater networks and looking to step into a rewarding training role? Finlay Jude Associates Ltd are recruiting on behalf of a leading water-industry training provider for a Waste Water Networks Trainer to join their growing team.
About the Role
This opportunity is ideal for:
*Experienced trainers with wastewater knowledge
*Industry professionals from wastewater networks, sewer operations, drainage, or pollution control who want to move into training (full trainer development provided)
You’ll deliver high-quality training to apprentices and operational staff across the UK, helping develop the next generation of wastewater network operatives.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Deliver engaging training on wastewater networks, sewer systems, blockages, pollution prevention, and operational safety
*Assess learner competence in line with apprenticeship and industry standards
*Support learners with technical and practical development
*Ensure training quality meets regulatory and awarding-body expectations
*Contribute to course development and continuous improvement


What We’re Looking For
*Background in wastewater networks, sewer operations, drainage, or pollution control
*Strong understanding of network maintenance, blockages, and environmental compliance
*Training/assessing experience welcome but not essential
*Confident communicator with a passion for developing others
*Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
