Job Description:
Full job descriptionFreightserve recruitment are looking for a Accounts Assistant for a well established Freight Forwarder based in the Colnbrook area.
Key Responsibilities:-
*Processing day-to-day transactions.
*Customer Accounts reconciliations.
*Credit Control - reconciling customer accounts and chasing for payment.
*Production of customer statements on a monthly basis and reminder letters, when required.
*Supplier Accounts reconciliations.
*Process supplier payments and any refunds.
*Inputting company expenses
Skills required:-
*Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger and Credit Control
*Attention to detail
*General maths skills
*Full Accounting skills
*Experience in accounting software (Sage)
*Time management and ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
*Confidentiality and trustworthiness
*Data entry management
*Excellent communication skills
*Freight experience
Working hours are; Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
